Stuffing is arguably the BEST part of Thanksgiving… fight me. But making a giant casserole pan isn’t realistic when your kitchen is roughly the size of a closet.
This Thanksgiving recipe is RV-sized, one-pan, and loaded with buttery, herby holiday flavor.

Ingredients
4 cups cubed bread, slightly stale
50% less sugar dried cranberries
3 tbsp butter
½ yellow onion, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp sage
1 tsp thyme
1–2 cups chicken broth OR veggie broth if you're vegetarian
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Sauté onions, garlic, cranberries, and celery in butter until soft.
Add herbs and toast them for 1 minute.
Add bread cubes and toss to coat.
Slowly drizzle in broth until moist but not soggy.
Bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 20–25 minutes or microwave in a covered dish 5–7 minutes.
RV Note
Leftovers reheat beautifully in a skillet with butter. Honestly… better than day one.
