Stuffing is arguably the BEST part of Thanksgiving… fight me. But making a giant casserole pan isn’t realistic when your kitchen is roughly the size of a closet.

This Thanksgiving recipe is RV-sized, one-pan, and loaded with buttery, herby holiday flavor.

Simple Holiday Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed bread, slightly stale

  • 50% less sugar dried cranberries

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • ½ yellow onion, diced

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp sage

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1–2 cups chicken broth OR veggie broth if you're vegetarian

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté onions, garlic, cranberries, and celery in butter until soft.

  2. Add herbs and toast them for 1 minute.

  3. Add bread cubes and toss to coat.

  4. Slowly drizzle in broth until moist but not soggy.

  5. Bake in a convection oven at 350°F for 20–25 minutes or microwave in a covered dish 5–7 minutes.

RV Note

Leftovers reheat beautifully in a skillet with butter. Honestly… better than day one.
