Just because you're living tiny in your RV kitchen doesn’t mean your holiday grazing board has to feel sad. This RV-sized charcuterie board delivers all the beautiful textures, colors, and flavors of a big spread… without needing a giant countertop.

The Perfect RV-Sized Charcuterie Board

What You Need

Cheeses

  • 1 hard cheese (aged cheddar or manchego)

  • 1 soft cheese (brie or goat) I personally don't prefer goat cheese because, not that I have ever done it, but it tastes like one has licked a dirty goat!)

  • 1 wild card cheese (truffle gouda, blueberry goat cheese, espresso cheddar)

Meats

  • Prosciutto

  • Genoa salami

  • Smoked turkey slices (hello Thanksgiving vibes)

Fruits & Veggies

  • Grapes

  • Green apple slices

  • Dried apricots

  • Cucumber rounds

Crackers and Crunch

  • Artisan crackers

  • Pita chips

  • Candied nuts

Extras

  • Cranberry chutney

  • Honey

  • Rosemary sprigs

  • Dark chocolate squares

Assembly Tips

  • Use a cutting board — it doubles as your serving platter.

  • Add small bowls first, then cheeses, then meats, then fill in gaps with fruit and crackers.

  • Use rosemary for that festive holiday finish.
